One of our missions has always been to be able to help those that count on us and need us the most.

With that said if your schedule changes and you cannot keep your appointment, please contact us so we may reschedule you at a time that works best, and accommodate those patients who are waiting for an appointment. Please give us 24 hours notice when possible.

Our goal is to give each patient the necessary individualized care and time they need to be seen by our physician and staff. That's why it is so important that you keep your scheduled appointment with us, and arrive on time.

In cases where you are not able to cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours notice, the system may assess a full visit fee to the card on file.

Furthermore, Maryland Spine and Health Chiropractic Clinic has implemented a requirement for "Credit Card on File."

Patients will be required to have a credit card on file with us. This will also cover potential costs not covered by your insurance company, which may not be known to you or us at the time of your visit. The amount you may be charged will be the financial responsibility not covered by insurance.

Other cards accepted include HSA, HRA, and FSA cards, as well as debit cards.
